Windows Phone 7 May Debut In MWC
The rumored Windows Phone 7 may make its appearance later this month at MWC. It appears that the WinPhone 7 will have a Zune HD-like user interface, along with a revamped and “very clean” look.
It appears that the Windows Phone 7 will be similar to what Google has done with the smartphone industry with the Android OS. In other words, though Microsoft may not make a phone, it will have a much control of the manufacturing process to make the ultimate Windows Mobile 7 phone.
Some of the turnoffs includes no multitasking, no Flash support, and no backward computability. The good thing though, is that it may include full Zune integration, and full Xbox gaming integration. Microsoft is focusing in creating a faster and better experience than the iPhone 3G.
If this is what Microsoft needs to do to finally compete against Google and Apple, we are looking forward to see in what aspects it would actually compete. The Windows Phone 7 may be released until September, and if in fact that is the case, it may be once again too late for them since both Apple and Google will by then have refreshed their Smartphones.
